The local church had an outdated, non-responsive site that made it nearly impossible for mobile users to check upcoming events or access past sermons securely. The goal was to build a streamlined, fast loading portal that the administrators could update easily without needing to edit code.
I completely revamped the frontend focusing heavily on mobile-first design methodologies, reducing load times by 70%. I introduced a customized CMS capable of securely hosting their video sermon archives and dynamic announcement boards, radically increasing weekly engagement.
